Our Harm Reduction program focuses on reducing the negative health and social impacts associated with substance use. We provide education, resources, and support that promote safer practices, dignity, and informed decision-making. Services are delivered in a non-judgmental, person-centered manner and aim to keep individuals and communities safe.
Our Recovery Support program offers compassionate, recovery-oriented services for individuals seeking stability, healing, and long-term wellbeing. We provide peer support, counselling referrals, case navigation, and connections to treatment, housing, and social services. We recognize recovery as a personal journey and support individuals at every stage.
Our Prevention Education program empowers individuals, families, and communities with knowledge and skills to prevent substance-related harm and promote mental wellness. Through workshops, trainings, and community outreach, we raise awareness, build resilience, and support early intervention.

We provide youth-friendly spaces, peer engagement, and referrals that help young people navigate mental health challenges safely and confidently.
